Application Submission

Admissions to Stepping Stones Learning Center is based on an enrollment system.

A registration fee is required and can be applied to the wait list if space is not currently available. A deposit is required to enroll all children and guarantees placement at our center.

All necessary forms for each student’s file are required to be completed prior to the first day a child attends school. Children must have a current health department medical form at the time of enrollment.

Step 1: Download The Registration Form

Download and complete the Registration Form AND the Universal Child Health Form.

Step 2: Email The Registration Form & Universal Child Health Form

Once you have completed the enrollment application please email us with your Signed & Completed Registration Form and Universal Child Health Form. You can email it to steppingstonesmarlboro@gmail.com.

We will reach out shortly with additional info for enrolling your child.
